We want you to be stoked with your Saltrock gear, but if something isn't right, you can return any unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely package your items in their original bag or a sturdy alternative, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
